Walton & Hall, LLC, was founded in 2021 by Curt Walton and Ruffin Hall. Curt and Ruffin have spent their professional careers serving the people of North Carolina. They have provided executive managerial leadership to municipalities, both large and small, non-profits and higher education. The Walton & Hall partnership brings the experience of careers built on integrity, collaboration and results.
Curt Walton, Co-Founder
Curt Walton is the co-founder of Walton & Hall LLC and serves as a management consultant and advisor to North Carolina municipalities, counties, non-profit organizations, higher education institutions, and the private sector. He draws upon significant executive experience to assess complex organizations and constituencies, uses a systems approach to address specific challenges, and works collaboratively with clients to identify solutions to advance organizations. Curt has executive leadership experience in municipal government, non-profits and in higher education.
Ruffin Hall, Co-Founder
Ruffin Hall is the co-founder of Walton & Hall LLC and serves as a management consultant and advisor to North Carolina local governments, non-profits, state agencies, and private businesses. He brings a collaborative perspective to the challenges organizations face, systematically envisions opportunities for change, and partners with clients to advance solutions to support their vision and mission.
He leverages over 25 years of leadership and management experience in a variety of organizations and communities, focused on providing executive leadership, building strong teams, solving complex problems, and planning for the future. His experience includes meeting customer needs through innovative, efficient, and equitable service delivery across a multitude of functions.
